Appreciative Inquiry is a method of positive psychology that enables employees to choose how to affect their own environment. What is Energy Leadership™?

Energy Leadership™ is a method of understanding the attitude you bring to your life and your relationships. The Energy Leadership™ model divides energy or attitude into 7 levels, 5 anabolic or positive and 2 catabolic or negative.
