Energy Leadership™ is a process that develops a personally effective style of leadership that positively influences and changes not only yourself, but also those with whom you interact at work and at home.

The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables you to hold up a mirror to your perceptions, attitudes, behaviours, and overall leadership capabilities.  The E.L.I. assessment is an online twenty minute questionnaire that may form the initial launching point for a customized workshop and may be incorporated into one-on-one coaching sessions. It helps give you a baseline for your current attitude, performance and situation.  The realizations that you will gain from the Energy Leadership Index assessment and debrief process alone will change the way you view your world.

 

Appreciative Inquiry (AI)

Organizations can be thought of as a living beings made up of the individuals working within it. Appreciative Inquiry has the ability to change the whole organization by changing the thinking of the people within the organization.

AI is a model for analysis, decision-making and the creation of strategic change. It is a tool for change that will strengthen relationships throughout your business.

By focusing on affirmative questioning, best practices and positive stories, your employees will be guided to move in a positive direction. Through their own analysis, they will recognize the strengths and values of what works, as opposed to what is wrong. This change will transform the way they think and the way they approach challenges and in turn, will transform the organization.

Appreciative inquiry utilizes a cycle of four processes to build – or rebuild – organizations around what works, rather than focusing on what does not work.

  • DISCOVER: The identification of organizational processes that work well.
  • DREAM: The envisioning of processes that would work well in the future.
  • DESIGN: Planning and prioritizing processes that would work well.
  • DESTINY (or DEPLOY): The implementation (execution) of the proposed design.
