Terri has a passion for helping people live up to their full potential by focusing on positive interactions. In her first career, she practiced as a litigation lawyer and held senior executive positions in large complex national organizations where she managed hundreds of employees in diverse activities and facilitated change through industry-wide strategic initiatives. She is a seasoned public speaker and media spokesperson.

In her coaching career, Terri brings decades of experience helping people achieve their goals. Her practice focuses on helping people who wish to achieve higher levels of performance professionally and personally while connecting their dreams and passions with attainable strategies and goals. Terri helps you get clarity, see things from a different perspective, shift negative attitudes to positive energy, and stay committed to your objectives.

Terri’s services now include psychotherapy, enabling her to work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, stress, or grief.

Terri sits on the Board of Governors at St. Andrew’s College in Aurora, Ontario. She held positions on the board of directors at Hope House Community Hospice and Girls Inc. of York Region for 7 years each.

Terri graduated from the University of Toronto, the University of Western Ontario, and Yorkville University, as well as the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
